Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at MGS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across Pakistan. No matter where you are located, our courier partners will ensure your package reaches you.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 250] for deliveries across Pakistan.
3. Shipment Processing Time
Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once verified, your order will be processed.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 6 business days.
Please note: Deliveries are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options
To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer multiple payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the rider at the time of delivery.
Prepaid Options: Direct Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (contact our support if you wish to pay in advance).
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or Email containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
6. Important Delivery Rules
Open-Parcel Policy: As per standard courier policies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to open the parcel before receiving the cash payment. If there is any issue with the product inside, you can claim a return or exchange by contacting our customer support as per our Return Policy.
Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be cancelled.
